A non-refundable testing fee of is required when you receive the water sample bottle. Only sample bottles provided by the laboratory may be used for water collection.

Sample bottles are available Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at AddyLab

You may also get your sample bottles at either the Battle Ground or Woodland Hi-School Pharmacies.

Cash or checks, no credit cards, are accepted for payment.

Water Samples may be submitted:

Monday—Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You will be promptly contacted by phone if your sample’s test results do not meet the drinking water standards.

Satisfactory water samples results will be mailed to you within 7-10 days.
